MacDermid hosted a seminar in Maranello, Italy, on May 16 & 17, 2013, at the prestigious Ferrari Museum. The purpose of the gathering was to review key trends and issues facing the automotive supply chain as well as technologies to address them, including the latest developments in decorative exterior and interior trim options. Keynote speakers from FIAT Group presented on design and decorative trivalent chromium. The seminar concluded with a visit to the Ferrari production and test track facilities as well as the Ferrari Museum. In attendance were key OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. All delegates agreed that the meeting provided valuable information for the European and global supply chain for automotive.
