Shaanxi 3D Technology is a specialist in industrial AM and manufacturing solutions including 3D printing machines, software optimisation and on-demand parts services. It was established in China originally to provide various selective laser melting machines for the aerospace, biomedical and automotive industries. The two businesses plan to develop the use of metal powders for laser metal deposition, electron beam melting and selective laser melting applications.
According to LPW, AM is making rapid advances in China, with the country experiencing the largest growth in installed systems worldwide and making significant long term investments in the form of government initiatives to develop advanced manufacturing industry and technologies.
Technical possibilities

Shaanxi 3D Technology will be exhibiting at TCT Asia in Shanghai, China from the 12-14 March 2015 to introduce LPW powder products to the Chinese market.
