Höganäs’ CEO, Melker Jernberg, will leave the company to assume a position as President of Volvo Construction Equipment, Höganäs says.
‘Melker has made important contributions towards the further development of Höganäs’ business strategy, culture and organisation, for which the Board and the owners express their thanks,’ said Staffan Bohman, chairman of the Höganäs board of directors. ‘While I regret that Melker cannot see all those initiatives through to a full implementation, I wish him success in his new position.’
The Höganäs board said that it had started the search for a successor. Jernberg will remain with the company until the end of the 2017.
