Hentzen Coatings, Inc. has acquired the assets of CrossLink Powder Coatings of Clearwater, Fla., effective Feb. 28, 2013. CrossLink Powder Coatings, which produces and sells products for the general industrial and architectural market segments, has been in business since 1996. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"In addition to adding a new segment--architectural powders--to our business, we will take immediate steps to grow the capacity of the Clearwater plant to help us meet growing powder coatings demand.”
