Before working for JL Becker, Sweede has held positions with thermal processing and capital equipment manufacturers, giving him knowledge and experience in understanding heat treating processes.
Swede has a Bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor's in Metallurgy from The University of Purdue, Calumet Tech Center.
