The EPMA has added links for PM users to take part in its industry trend surveys for 2021.

Other surveys available are additive manufacturing statistics and trends, metal injection molding trends, statistics, and benchmarking, and hot isostatic pressing statistics and trends.
‘Participation in these surveys is even more essential this year, since we all experienced a very critical period in 2020 and also in this start of 2021 because of the market disruptions caused by the pandemic, lockdowns and travel bans,’ a press release said. ‘As always, the surveys will have a double value: to allow EPMA to supply back reliable data on 2020 production of powders and parts for the various applications […] and to help the companies compare their view and experience to the average views of the competitors.’
The deadline for all questionnaires is Monday 8 March 2021, with results shown during the virtual EPMA General Assembly on 15 April 2021 or during Sectoral Group meetings later in the year.
