Dmitry Shashkov, president and CEO of H.C. Starck’s Fabricated Products Division, is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities. Mark Confroy, currently the COO of the Fabricated Products, will take over as head of the Division in the interim.
Dr Shashkov joined H.C. Starck in the role of Head of Fabricated Products Division in 2010 and served as member of the Executive Board from 2012 until June 2016. ‘Dmitry made a significant contribution to the positive development and clear strategic alignment of the Fabricated Products Division in recent years,’ the company said in a press release. ‘In addition, he also played a formative role in his position in the further development and evolution of the overall H.C. Starck Group.’
