Desktop Metal to acquire ExOne

Desktop Metal has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 3D printing company ExOne for US$575 million.

According to Desktop, the acquisition will enable broader access to additive manufacturing (AM) for businesses of all sizes and help improve material quality.
