AM company Concept Laser will be exhibiting its Mlab cusing 200R 3D printing machine at the IDS International Dental Show, taking place in Cologne, Germany, from 21-25 March.
TheMlab cusing 200R, a larger version of the Mlab cusing R, features an extended build space measuring 100 x 100 x 100 mm³ (x, y, z), which means the build volume is increased by 54%. Three different build envelopes are available: 100 x 100 x 100 mm³ (x, y, z), 70 x 70 x 80 mm³ (x, y, z) and 50 x 50 x 80 mm³ (x, y, z). Another new feature is a clamping system which enables more accurate component positioning.
The additive metal laser melting process used can manufacture dental products such as crowns, caps, model castings and secondary structures in cobalt-chrome, titanium or precious metal alloys.
