Under the terms of the venture, Carpenter will produce its Carpenter CTS suite of materials which feature the company’s CTS XHP and CTS BD1 alloys. SB Specialty Metals, which was formerly a part of Crucible Materials Corp, will then distribute the cutting blade materials and provide customer service.
