Messe Frankfurt says that it will now hold an extra event in the Chinese city of Shenzhen in the autumn, as well as its Guangzhou show taking place in March.
Shenzhen is based in the province of Guangdong which is the largest site for mold production and distribution in the country, according to the company. It also has a growing number of energy and automotive companies requiring more lightweight molded parts.
