Arcam plans to focus on the US market.

Arcam reports that its CEO, Magnus René, will temporarily move to the US to lead the Arcam Group from the office in Woburn, MA, in order to focus on the US market.

Woburn is conveniently located with regards to Arcam’s subsidiaries AP&C in Montreal and DiSanto in Shelton, CT, as well as to investors on the East Coast. Arcam’s formal HQ will remain in Mölndal, Sweden.

‘The reason for my relocation is that I will focus more on the US market where options, growth potentials and strategic opportunities are huge,’ says Magnus René, CEO and President of Arcam. ‘There are several major players in the aerospace and orthopaedics industries on the US East Coast. I also want to work closer to our subsidiaries in Shelton and Montreal to develop our businesses for EBM, powders and contract manufacturing.’
