Angstron Materials to promote graphene for military duties

Angstron Materials Inc, the world’s largest producer of graphene materials including powder, has teamed with defense specialist Stryke Industries LLC to accelerate the development and commercialization of graphene products for military and defense applications.

The company plans to promote economies of scale, improve design-for-manufacturability and help shorten the lead times for bringing new products to market.

‘It’s a good fit for Angstron,’ says Ian Fuller, Angstron’s vice president for business development and engineering. ‘One of Stryke’s specialties is its ability to identify and implement disruptive technologies that can help equip military personnel and provide problem-solving solutions for defense industries.  Our graphene materials and technologies meet thermal, electrical, energy, mechanical and barrier specifications. We also have the quality systems and manufacturing capacity to support large scale production.’
