The two-day networking event takes place from 18-19 October 2022 at The University of Alabama, USA.
It includes presentations about additive manufacturing (AM) projects by experts such as John Vickers, NASA principal technologist in advanced materials and manufacturing, and Denise Harris, missile defense agency (MDA) acting director for Industrial Manufacturing Technology. A panel discussion on AM in defense applications will also be featured, America Makes said.
“It’s an opportunity for technical experts to learn more about the important work in process at the Institute while allowing them to interact with the principal investigators who lead the research,” said John Wilczynski, executive director of America Makes.
The deadline for registration is 12 October.
